Aircraft cabin, food, garbage and trash inspection

 

STEPS PROCEDURE FOR AIRCRAFT CABIN, FOOD, GARBAGE AND TRASH INSPECTION
1 – 5 Refer to Basic requirements
6 Inspect cabin for food, regulated articles and insects after passengers have left.
7 If insects are found, spray at three times the normal rate and wait for ten minutes. Collect specimens for identification
8 Collect any food, plants and animal products
9 Arrange for disposal of intercepted material, trash ad garbage and the security of food held on board.
10a If the aircraft is terminating – remove all food, garbage and trash andorder its disposal.
10b If the aircraft is in transit and locally catered- remove opened food, garbage and trash. Permit food loading.
10c if the aircraft is in transit and not locally catered – remove opened food, garbage and trash, and secure other food. Only when all requirements are met can the aircraft be released for the next flight.
