| STEPS | PROCEDURE FOR AIRCRAFT CARGO HOLD DISINSECTION |
| Steps 1 – 5 | Refer to Basic requirements |
| 6 | Determine the spray rate for the type of aircraft.
Volumes of aircraft and spray rates are in Appendix M. |
| 7 | Spray the hold and close it for ten minutes. |
| 8 | Ground crew to open cargo hold. Check that any quarantine pests are killed. Identify intercepts. |
| 9 | Release the aircraft. Complete the form Appendix C/b. |
