The conditions that must be complied with are to have documentation that identifies the origin of the product and detailed description of the nature of the product.

Packaging must also be free of any contaminants, and must be appropriate given the nature of the goods to effectively contain any potential biosecurity risks.

There are no restrictions on imports of handicrafts but the items will be inspected by Biosecurity Vanuatu and may be treated if there are signs of contamination.
